In Legend - Metal & Steampunk

Since march 2010 I created and create several items for the german metal band In Legend. The heavy steampunk mashinery was designed for the live performances of the band and used in a video and photo shootings.

N° 676 - The big one

March 2010 in a Photo study in the beatyfull and quiet town of Bingen at the River Rhine: Within one week, partly from scrap and 263 shell casings from a well-sorted scrap metal dealer near by, In Legend's Band leader Bastian Emig and I assembled the first Steampunk mashine for the Band.

1.5m high, 2m broad and 1m deep, originaly carrying a keyboard and frequently Daniel, the bass. It can be dissasembled (and reassambled) within a few minutes into three handy parts to be put into the van.

By now N° 676 - ment to last for one - has seen her second tour and got her Little Sister. A steamdriven 1,5m sewing mashine keyboard ... images soon.
